All international shipments will be dispatched via registered mail with a tracking number through PTT. Upon arrival in the destination country, the shipment will be transferred to the national carrier for further handling and delivery. The estimated delivery time is approximately two to four weeks, depending on factors such as customs processing.

We take great care in packaging and preparing your items for shipment. However, we are not responsible for any damages caused by the mail carrier during transit. While our items are carefully packed to ensure they travel securely, once they are in the hands of the postal service, we cannot control any damage that may occur.

You are responsible for collecting your order if your mail carrier requests a pick-up from the post office. Failure to collect within the designated timeframe may result in the package being returned to me. In such cases, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs for reshipment. While we will provide updates on unsuccessful deliveries via email, you must collect the package promptly.
