The jalabiye is woven in black and red, colors long embedded in Palestinian dress, carrying the weight of mourning, loss, steadfastness, and enduring memory.

At its center, an exposed heart is laid bare. It speaks to this moment in history in which masks have fallen and hidden intentions have been revealed. Vulnerable yet unwavering, the heart bears witness to grief, resilience, and truth. It places Palestine at the center of our collective conscience, affirming that this cause is not peripheral to our existence; it shapes it.

Embroidered on both sides of the jalabiye are the words “River” and “Sea”. Together, they mark the land of Palestine, stitching geography into memory, identity into fabric, and belonging into every thread. The garment becomes both witness and testament. A body that carries history and the enduring hope for justice.
